By joining us here, you become part of a World Championship winning team. We couldn’t do it without you guys, so a massive thank you for your support – it really does mean the world!
We’re proud to share our passion for racing with you – and we love nothing better than seeing that passion come back. Well… nothing apart from winning, maybe.
This is a place to share those magic moments – the ups and downs, the highs and lows, the elation and the desperation. As a team and as a family, we celebrate when we win, lift each other up when we lose and always challenge ourselves to get even better.
So, what does all of this mean? Well, it means being the best we can be in every aspect of what we do – not just on a technical or sporting level, but also on a personal level. We push the limits of the rules without breaking them. We race hard but race fair. And we treat others as we would like to be treated ourselves.
We all know that families can be frustrating at times – especially ones like ours! When you bring such a passionate group of people together, sparks will fly every now and then. We see that as a good thing. After all, we only fight because we care.
There is, however, a time and a place to have those family feuds – and a right and wrong way of going about them. You can’t swear in front of the kids for starters. Nor can you bring race, nationality, beliefs or gender into the mix. Even in the heat of the moment, it’s just not right and we all know it.
If we can offer any advice, it’s to pick your battles wisely and make sure you come armed with the weapons you need. Conspiracy theories can be a giggle but, ultimately, it’s the truth that matters – and the truth always comes out in the end. Speculation makes noise, facts cut through it.
Of course, no family is perfect. We all make mistakes and, while we relentlessly seek perfection in everything we do, sometimes things just don’t work out as planned. We’re big (and old!) enough to admit when we’re wrong and to take constructive criticism.
We don’t expect nothing but sunshine and rainbows on our channels. But, when things go wrong, we explain, debate, learn and move on. We respect the opinions of others and expect the same in return. When intentions are the right ones, you have nothing to hide.
So, challenge us like we challenge ourselves – and prepare to be challenged, too. Don’t say anything from behind the keyboard that you wouldn’t say in person – be it directed at the team, a driver or a fellow fan. And, above all, remember that ultimately we all want the same thing – to enjoy this great sport that we love.
If you’re with us on that… fantastic! You’re our kind of people and we welcome you with open arms. If not, then maybe this isn’t the family for you – and we won’t be shy in showing anyone the door who betrays the trust we value so highly.
Ultimately, we’re all good, honest people, striving to achieve great things together. And respect for one another is so important in making that happen. If we don’t respect each other, the very core of who we are and what we stand for crumbles.
We’re here to win – and to win the right way, with the highest standards of sportsmanship. Let’s make it happen, together.
