Graduate Research and Development Engineer Brackley, United Kingdom The Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team, based out of Brackley, UK, brings together over 1,300 dedicated and determined people that design, develop, manufacture, and race the cars driven by seven-time World Champion Lewis Hamilton and Grand Prix winner, George Russell. Within the Teams Applied Science division, we apply Formula One talent to customer projects, and it is within this division that we now have opportunities to join as part of our Applied Science Graduate scheme. As part of this graduate scheme, you will work on exciting projects and be able to immerse yourself into the learning and experiences of a truly high-performing team. The Graduate R&D Engineer will play an active role in the MGPs Applied Science division, working across a range of projects according to the variable needs of the design and development programmes. The position will require periods of individual working on specific projects and working closely with groups of focused engineers to achieve larger project goals. Although primarily a role to support Applied Science, there will be a requirement to liaise and work closely with other areas of the business, with a view to transferring capability techniques and knowledge into Applied Science as applicable.
