Doriane Pin's F1 Academy Race Livery Revealed

Following on from the launch of our Formula One car for the 2024 season, the W15, we're excited to also reveal our F1 Academy livery for the up-coming campaign.

Our talented young Junior Driver Doriane Pin will be behind the wheel of our F1 Academy car in 2024, as she begins her first full season in single seaters.

Our F1 Academy race livery takes inspiration from the W15's design, featuring the silver on the nose that fades into black as it flows along the car. The front and rear wings are also black.

The car also features the pop of colour flowing along the sides of the nose and top of the sidepods, now in the Junior Programme's Volt Green. And the star pattern on the engine cover completes the livery design.

The seven-round F1 Academy season begins with the opening event in Saudi Arabia from the 7-9 March.

"My F1 Academy car is honestly amazing," says Doriane. "I'm so excited to be racing it and to be representing Mercedes. I think it will be an incredible feeling to jump in the car for the first race in Jeddah.

"The season ahead is a great opportunity to develop my career and skills in single seaters. I can't wait to go racing, discover new tracks and work hard with my team to achieve our goals together."

It's already been an exciting foray into single-seater racing for Doriane, having won a round of the Formula 4 South East Asia championship at the end of 2023 and finishing P2 in the standings.

She recently returned to the P1 position in the F4 UAE series, taking pole position, fastest lap and winning a race in Round 4 at the Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi.

Doriane will be complimenting her F1 Academy season with an FIA World Endurance Championship campaign with the Iron Dames in GT3.
