Located more than 2,200 metres above sea level, the circuit presents a unique challenge in the heart of Mexico’s vibrant capital.
Mexico’s enthusiasm for F1 is matched by the demands of racing at altitude. The thin air reduces downforce and makes cooling more difficult, presenting the teams with a number of considerations as they fine-tune the balance between speed, grip and temperature management throughout the weekend.
