IWC Schaffhausen Reveals New Watch for Miami

IWC has launched a vibrant pink version of its Team Watch for Miami.

IWC Schaffhausen is celebrating Formula One’s return to Miami by presenting a dedicated version of the Pilot’s Watch Chronograph 41 Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team with an eye-catching Miami Pink rubber strap. The watch reflects the sun-kissed lifestyle and vibrant colours of Miami’s iconic Ocean Drive.

The vibrant pink will accompany the team’s appearance at the Miami Grand Prix. IWC will also mark its return to the city with a takeover of Jungle Plaza in Miami’s Design District ahead of the weekend, from 3^rd-5^th May.

IWC became the official engineering partner of the Team in 2013 and this year is celebrating 10 years of our partnership. The chronograph watch is the first official team watch of our partnership with IWC and the new pink strap perfectly encapsulates the vibes of Miami.

The same shade of pink will also feature on the gloves and shoes of Lewis and George over the race weekend in Miami, and the pink strap will be worn by team members who are on site in Miami.

The Pilot’s Watch Chronograph 41 Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team debuted at last year’s Miami Grand Prix and is crafted from remarkably rigid grade five titanium – a material that is also widely used in automotive engineering.
