We are looking for a creative Digital Designer to join our creative design team on a 12 month fixed term contract and support the creation of engaging digital content across multiple platforms. You will work across a range of design projects, producing high-quality video, motion graphics, and digital assets used throughout the business.

A prior interest in motorsport is not required: we are interested in speaking to individuals with an impressive portfolio, strong creative thinking, and the ability to adapt within a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality work to deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Edit and produce video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and motion design tools.

• Develop motion graphics packages including titles, transitions, lower thirds, visual effects, and colour grading.

• Create content for live displays, LED screens, and event environments.

• Design and adapt creative assets across multiple formats and platforms.

• Review and enhance existing digital assets.

• Maintain consistency across brand guidelines and visual identity.

About You

Essential Skills and Experience

• Experience developing creative concepts and taking them through to final production.

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

• Proven experience creating video content, motion graphics, and digital assets for a variety of platforms.

• Strong understanding of video editing principles, pacing, storytelling, sound design, typography, and animation.

• Understanding of video formats, codecs, resolutions, and delivery specifications.

• Knowledge of current motion design trends and digital content style
