Be a part of of our 2027 build period and help assemble the precision carbon fibre components that contribute to performance in one of the world’s most demanding engineering environments.

Composites is fundamental to Formula 1 and every component must be trimmed, fitted and bonded accurately, all while being safe and consistent to support demanding production targets.

We are looking to connect with skilled Composite Fitters for fixed-term contract opportunities. Whether you already work in motorsport or bring relevant experience from another high-performance composite manufacturing environment, we would be interested in hearing from you.

What Future Opportunities May Involve

By registering your interest, you may be considered for future roles with responsibilities such as:

• Trimming, fitting and bonding carbon fibre components using engineering drawings and build instructions.

• Assembling moulds, jigs and fixtures.

• Following defined surface preparation and bonding procedures.

• Resolving technical challenges and manufacturing problems as they arise.

• Maintaining the highest quality standards across manufactured composite components.

• Proactively contributing to improvements in quality and efficiency.

• Working safely and meeting challenging production lead times.

• Working flexibly across the department as production priorities change.

What We Typically Look For

Successful candidates for these roles often bring:

• Significant previous experience of fitting and trimming a broad range of composite materials, ideally within Motorsport or Formula 1.

• The ability to interpret engineering drawings and build instructions accurately.

• A methodical and thorough approach, with excellent attention to detail.

• Good written and verbal communication skills, with a respectful and collaborative approach.

• The ability to work accurately under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.

• Self-motivation, flexibility and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

• A proactive approach to quality, safety, problem-solving and continuous improvement.
