Born in Epsom, UK, in 2010, Kenzo joined the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team’s Junior Programme for 2023, having ascended to the top ranks of the British karting scene.

Kenzo has always had the need for speed, and made the podium at his first Bambino race, at only six years of age. This set the scene for his early career, with wins and podiums soon following as he moved up to the Cadet karting class.

Kenzo had his breakthrough race in 2021, which earned him a ticket to the Rotax Max Grand Finals in Bahrain. This proved to be the stepping stone to him completing a full season of the British Karting Championship in 2021, where he finished 9th.

In 2022, Kenzo dominated the Cadet class, winning the Ultimate Karting Championship Series, British Kartmasters (GP Plate), British Karting Championship (O Plate), and was the British Karting Championship Vice-Champion.

He also picked up the prestigious British Karting Championship Mark Hines Memorial Trophy for his run of Cadet karting success. In 2023 he stepped up to the Junior class, competing in UK and International Rotax and IAME categories. He finished P2 in the Rotax Max Euro Trophy and also won the Paul Fletcher International series at the PF International Karting Circuit.
