Ecological Protection

As we continue to redevelop our Brackley factory, our plans require a minimum 10% biodiversity net gain, supported by new green spaces across the site. These changes will help protect local wildlife, create a more pleasant working environment and connect ecological care with everyday life.

Protecting Biodiversity On Site

During last year’s redevelopment works, a population of English Common Lizards was discovered. Work paused for a six-week expert-led relocation, with all 11 lizards safely rehomed in a specially created on-site habitat. To celebrate, children of team members named the new residents - we hope Lizzy, Fizzy and Whizzy are happy in their new home.
