Anca Raines is the Chief People Officer at Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team. She brings a wealth of experience in HR, transformation, and organizational design.
Born in Romania, Anca spent a portion of her childhood in Beijing, China before moving to the UK at the age of 19. With over twenty years of experience in HR and management consulting, she has excelled in change management, operating model development, and talent strategy across sectors such as travel, technology, and asset management.
In her current capacity at Mercedes-AMGPETRONAS F1 Team, Anca leads the HR, Health, Safety & Wellbeing functions and plays a key role in setting the organisation’s people strategy. She is focused on building a sustainable, inclusive, high-performance culture within one of the world’s leading motorsport teams.
