Kimi’s day was made up of several engagements with PETRONAS staff, customers, senior leaders and students. The day began with a Q&A in front of staff and students, where Kimi sat alongside PETRONAS Trackside Fluid Engineers and former Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team interns in collaboration with UTP. The Q&A session focused on People & Performance, showing students how PETRONAS supports Mercedes F1 Team’s progress on and off the track.
Kimi’s second session of the day was an in-person meet and greet with Mesra Rewards and PETRONAS Shop customers, as part of PETRONAS’ ‘Track to You’ campaign. PETRONAS utilised the opportunity of his visit to offer their customers a money-can't-buy experience and learn more about the partnership with the Team.
The day concluded with Kimi taking part in a media roundtable with three key national media outlets, talking about the value of the partnership and the role PETRONAS plays in Team's performance at the track.
