With 2026 on the horizon, the world of F1 is facing a new challenge with the new regulations in the sport. In this series, PETRONAS provides fans with an insight into some of the new regulation changes that are awaiting and delves deeper into what they have worked on so far in collaboration with the Team.

Activation Overview

A four-part series in which PETRONAS provided F1 fans with a one-stop shop for explaining everything about the 2026 regulation changes across four key themes:

  1. The Road to 2026 – The MGP x PETRONAS journey so far

  2. The Power Unit – Changes to the 2026 Power Unit

  3. Sustainable fuel – Explaining the switch to 100% sustainable fuel

  4. Chassis – Detailing the chassis changes for 2026

The series featured a range of senior technical figures from both PETRONAS and the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team:
