Web Summit is an annual technology conference held in Lisbon, Portugal, founded in 2009 by Paddy Cosgrave. It is one of the largest and most influential technology events globally, gathering leaders and innovators from the tech industry, startups, media, policymakers, and investors. The conference focuses on topics such as internet technology, emerging technologies, marketing, and venture capitalism, aiming to connect influential figures who are reshaping the world.

Activation Overview

Snapdragon invited Toto Wolff to appear on the marketing stage alongside Qualcomm’s CMO Don McGuire for a 20-minute moderated Q&A.

The Q&A explored two main themes: how tech and motorsport leaders sustain brand velocity and authenticity while adapting to change, and how Snapdragon-powered storytelling - amplified by F1’s global platform - successfully drives emotional connection and reach.

The Q&A wrapped up discussing the importance of actionable insights on leadership principles and marketing strategies to drive long-term value and momentum.

Results

The discussion attracted over 1,500 attendees at the Web Summit, providing a great opportunity to showcase the partnership, and positioning Snapdragon as an innovative brand and a pioneer in thought leadership in front of relevant audiences.
