TeamViewer partnered with Loughborough University to commission the “Women in Sport Tech” report , exploring the experiences of women in the sport tech industry. As part of the campaign, TeamViewer collaborated with the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team to produce a visually compelling highlight video that spotlighted the real women behind roles in tech and sport—bringing to life the insights from the report.

Activation Overview

The content piece was designed to empower, inspire, and elevate visibility, reinforcing TeamViewer’s commitment to inclusion, innovation, and real-world impact. The video included five key female team members who highlighted their roles at the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team and what it is like working in a male-dominated sport behind the scenes.

From Carrie Donaghy, General Counsel, to Victoria Johnson, Marketing Operations Director, and Emma Corfield, Senior Aerodynamics Performance Engineer, the video underscored that women have a place in every facet of motorsport—and highlighted the importance of creating visibility to inspire the next generation to join the industry.
