Graduate Aerodynamicists

We are looking for curious graduates, who are passionate about aerodynamics, to join our Team working in our Applied Science business area, supporting a portfolio of activities. A prior interest in sailing or motorsport is not required: we are more interested in your ability to apply your skills and aerodynamic understanding to practical engineering challenges. By interpreting trends and developing understanding, you will create innovative engineering solutions to real problems. As a valued member of our Aerodynamics Department, your ideas and skills will make a tangible contribution to the Team.

Graduate CAE Engineer (1 year FTC)

Working as a member of the CAE Process Team, this exciting opportunity will see you being responsible for projects that deliver enhancements to our software and data analysis capabilities. You will thrive working in a fast paced and ever-changing environment of Formula One, as this role offers you the opportunity to provide a significant contribution to on-track car performance and reliability. We will be looking for you to critically review our existing data analysis systems to identify future opportunities for functionalities and integrations.

Graduate Control Systems Engineer

Based at our state-of-the-art campus in the UK, you will be part of a team that is responsible for supporting the control systems at customer events as this role will see the right person supporting both trackside and at the factory. You will be required to generate prompt and accurate reports to communicate faults, concerns and potential improvements during events. Within our Applied Science division, you will be developing control systems from concept to application, covering all aspects of design, calibration and signoff.

Graduate Control Systems Engineer – America's Cup

The Graduate Control Systems Engineer role will have responsibility for the design and implementation of control systems destined for the race yacht and test rigs, from high level flight control laws to low level control loops for electro-hydraulics. In our Applied Science division, you will be working with a dedicated team of control systems engineers and within the Performance group, the successful candidate will need to assist the team in meeting project requirements and help deliver a highly capable and robust set of control systems.

Graduate Dyno Test Engineer

For our Graduate Dyno Test Engineer, working within the Formula One team, we are looking for a talented graduate to join the team as we look ahead to new Powertrain regulations for 2026. Working collaboratively across the technical and operational areas of the business you will be responsible for the setup, execution, and reporting of experiments and tests in a fast paced and ever-changing environment. This is a role where you will provide a significant contribution to on-track car performance and reliability, as well as contribute to our long-term Research and Development goals.

Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer

Within our Applied Science division, we are looking for graduate engineers who have an open and curious mind, a creative approach to engineering problems and are keen to develop themselves further in a demanding team orientated role. Using a creative, analytical approach, alongside detailed design work, you will support senior engineers with large projects as well as projects of your own. Supported and mentored by experienced engineers, you will develop your skills and knowledge, connecting the theory you have learnt into practice.

Graduate Research and Development Engineer

The Graduate R&D Engineer will play an active role within the Team’s Applied Science division, working across a range of projects according to the variable needs of the design and development programmes. The position will require periods of individual working on specific projects and working closely with groups of focused engineers to achieve larger project goals. The R&D Graduate would work closely with the Lead Materials Science Engineer to plan, execute and document work carried out, and all that this entails.
