Project Manager - Site Development & Projects (12-Month Fixed Term Contract) Brackley, UK We have a new opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Site Development and Projects team on a 12‑month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Head of Site Development and Projects, your responsibilities will include: Managing multiple projects across the site. Preparing project budgets and project plans. Liaising with stakeholders as well as external architects, building contractors and suppliers. Project progress reporting to stakeholders. Identification and resolution of potential issues that may risk the on schedule completion of internal and external building work. Taking a key role to deliver current and future building projects on budget, on time and to the agreed building and facility specification. Managing contractors, suppliers, etc. in delivering to the project plans. Attending site and design meetings, managing client interface requirements, reporting progress, variance to plans, managing actions to ensure client programme requirements are met. Ensuring delivery of project reporting, tracking and planning for department and stakeholder management. Ensuring delivery of presentations and reports for department and stakeholder management.
Candidate Profile:Project planning skills with the ability to create a plan, track and report progress against the plan. Project management skills with the ability to manage and progress multiple projects concurrently. A good understanding of building requirements in an engineering environment. Financial control, tracking project spend and delivering within budget. Communication skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels within the organisation. A proactive and positive attitude.
