Lead Reliability Engineer – Non-F1 Brackley, UK We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lead Reliability Engineer to join our Team working on non-F1 projects, driving the operational excellence and robustness of our high‑performance vehicle programmes. In this role, you’ll lead a small team to define and manage key vehicle specifications, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, and champion build quality through rigorous processes, system‑level reviews, and effective issue‑tracking methodologies. Your work will play a crucial part in maintaining the integrity, reliability, and consistency of our engineering output. It’s a great time to join us.
