What Future Opportunities Might Involve

• Developing and maintaining real‑time control system software for hardware‑in‑the‑loop rigs, powertrain testbeds, and driver‑in‑the‑loop simulators

• Improving and automating build, validation, and deployment processes to increase reliability and efficiency

• Creating and refining toolsets, scripts, and workflows to streamline data analysis and testing

What We Typically Look For

Successful candidates for these roles often bring:

For Engineers:

• Experience in control systems, automotive, simulation, or embedded software

• Strong grounding in control theory, vehicle dynamics, or mechanical systems

• Practical experience with MATLAB/Simulink and model‑based design

• Familiarity with HIL systems or real-time control platforms (e.g., dSPACE SCALEXIO, Speedgoat)

• Interest in powertrain, testbed environments, or high‑performance engineering

For Senior Engineers:

• Deeper technical ownership of systems or subsystems

• Ability to design robust architectures and improve development workflows

• Strong problem-solving skills and experience resolving complex test or software issues

• Broader experience with communication protocols (e.g., CAN) and simulation tools

For Lead Engineers:

• Proven leadership in delivering technical projects end-to-end

• Experience shaping architecture, processes, and development standards

• Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the long-term technical roadmap

• Ability to influence stakeholders and guide innovation in real-time systems
