Ideally, you will be undertaking your first or second year of a Bachelors or Masters degree to be eligible to apply.*
Your home will be here in Brackley, where we are currently creating a state-of-the-art, sustainable F1 campus of the future. Here, you will be able to learn from the best in the business when it comes to Formula One.
Everyone contributes their tenth of a second in our team – including you. Together, we go all in when it comes to learning and growing as individuals, and as a team.
*It is a mandatory requirement that our placement students have at least one year remaining on their course from the point at which they start their placement with us. Each placement also has its own dedicated eligibility criteria – please refer to this before applying.

We will be inviting shortlisted candidates to a multi-stage selection process. First stage may be a Teams interview or a direct invitation to an assessment centre. The second stage may be a virtual or face to face assessment centre.
5. Offer
Successful candidates will receive a verbal offer and, once agreed, the contract documents will be electronically issued. Once the documents are signed and submitted, the onboarding process will begin.

When do applications open?
Our applications open in November for two weeks, when the roles are live the full details will be available.
When do applications close?
The application window will close two weeks after the roles open in November.
Am I allowed to make more than one application?
Yes. Should you feel there are multiple openings that could be suitable we welcome multiple applications.
I have now completed my university degree. Can I still apply?
You must be in your penultimate year at university to be eligible for our Industrial Placement programmes. We do also have Graduate and experienced hire roles within the business that may be suitable. Please check our careers website which is updated regularly.
Do I need work experience to apply for the IP programme?
No, prior experience is not an essential requirement to be considered for the Industrial Placement opportunities. We are looking for your academic knowledge and skills, we will support you with training and development.

Where are the roles based?
All roles will be based at our factory in Brackley, Northamptonshire in the United Kingdom.
What are the remote working options at the team?
In a number of our business areas, some amount of hybrid working is possible. For our early careers hires we require significant in-person working to facilitate learning collaboration and a sense of belonging with the team.
What will my starting salary be?
Information on starting salaries for all our Early Careers programmes will be discussed during the interview process.
What is my holiday entitlement?
The Annual holiday entitlement is 25 days and for your first year will be prorated based on your start date.
What support is available for relocation?
Depending upon the role and situation we may consider relocation support. This can be discussed during the application process.
